Hello Jeff,

I am trying to add 'AD structure' using N|A. But when I enter active directory ip address or name of domain controller ( \\ad4501 ), I get error message saying:
"unable to connect Active Directory(error: The server is not operational"
I believe I must need to do something to connect sucessfully. What do I have to do to resolve this issue?
