I have been given this software that has been purchased by our applications team

I was hoping you can answer the following requirements I need to run your software:

Server operating systems supported (E.g. Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1)
CPU requirements (e.g. Single CPU 2Ghz)
RAM requirements (e.g. 2GB)
HDD requirements (e.g. 10GB D drive)
Supported in a Vsphere (VMWare) environment (e.g. yes / no)

Scan of any PC complets fine with 100% but when I try to look something in results - it's shows nothing. Writes "no data on this item..." even on "My PC".
I think there is a some problems in installed NIA. Because everything working on nearest PCs.
So, ho can I fix problem with showing results or just fully remove NIA from PC even with regestration info? Maybe full reinstallation of application can solve this problem.

What I already tryed to do:
1) Uninstall application from 'start' menu
2) Removed everything what consist 'clearapps' from Registry and folders on hdd
3) Reinstalled NIA in different folder.
4) Reboot server

System OS - Win2008R2 sp1
NIA ver. - 3.95 (last from web site)

My question is, when I get the user to remove the software and rescan the pc, the prohibited software still shows up in the NIA all software list.. Is there a way to remove it? While I understand the general port requirements when performing a remote scan of assets, I would like to know if the same port requirements apply to the export agent utility option. I would have to imagine since it is nothing more than a file copy, the requirements would be less. Windows Security center reports the firewall as being active on the PC's in question. I can't tell you much about the Anti-spyware detection but the management console reports ok.

Some of our domain users are local admins on their own machines, it'd be nice to have a feature whereby we can see who is an admin on each particular machine. I'd think that querying user groups (Administrators, Backup Operators, Power Users etc.) would be a useful addition to the software.

When we scan our network we generally import the full AD and allow all machines to be scanned. If we then remove a machine from the AD and re-import the information into the NIA the old node information is still evident in NIA. Is there a way to have nodes which are no longer in the AD automatically removed from the advisor or is it a case of manually pruning old nodes?

I have added 3 linux machine without issue but cannot add a further machine, when using the machines root login for authentication I receive the error: Connection to SSH server failed with error: 87:997

SSH is installed and enabled, Scanning is done via IP address (static) and does see the machine.

Additionaly the linux nodes I have scanned - I have set a login for the node itself as our domain credentials will not allow access but each time I go to rescan the node I get the error - Unable to use current login, this option has been unticked in settings and the correct details added per node.

Any ideas on either issue?

I was just downloading you're last release (3.95.1722) to see what's up.

On March 15th, I already wrote you a demand about the multiple logins/password, multiple SNMP community, or the possibility to add a credentials store where all logins/password would be saved.

The global network identifier and/or the group identifier should be more than one

Waiting for this "I think" essential feature, I'm disappointed to see that's still missing

The login/password should also appear in a report as a "column"

Thanks to add this feature in the 4.0 version and you will be sure to have a new customer.
