Save network subnet information to a file?
  • networknewbienetworknewbie November 2011

When choosing to perform a scan of network subnet, is it possible to save the entered subnets to a file so that I can choose to load the subnets from this file and start the scan? I have to run the scan from different servers and would like to enter the subnets once on one server and save to a file and load from this file and start the scan on other servers.

Save and load -> Save network structure/Load network structure?

Jeff, the path is Scan Wizard>Advanced Options>Scan IP range. I am looking to save the subnets entered here. I need this for backup reasons and so that I can load the subnet information from this backup file.

Just copy the whole [information] folder somewhere. It's the best backup. Your IP-ranges will be saved as well.
