If netbios is disabled Windows can't use remote pipes to connect to remote computers, you can't resolve any node's network name, admin shares don't work. You won't be able to scan this network using standard scanning methods, but you can scan using Logon script and central repository features. Check the options you have when exporting the audit agent.
