As an alternative, you can share Network Inventory Advisor's folder via network, this way anyone launching the software will run his own instance, bypassing this check.
Otherwise, you should wait a bit until we implement the full-blown database backend for Network Inventory Advisor. Though, it will definitely make the software less simple to use, if you decide to store the data in the database. However, I can assure you this will be optional.
