We purchased the NIA back in Dec 2010, It was working fine, untill early April. We can no longer scan any part of our network. When we scan now all pc's come back with access denied. We have not made any change to overall network or domains. The only thing we done was transfer the NAI from a windows laptop to a 2003 Server and when we did, it worked once. We have tried to attack a few pc making the change that your FAQ suggest. But no sucess. Any ideas would be helpful.

Why not contacting us back in April immediately? Please email your Scan Log that shows the inefficient scan to help@clearapps.com and we will start troubleshooting from there. But on the first glance it seems to be related to your network admin login used in Network Inventory Advisor.
