Exporting reports to HTML

I have recently started using Network Inventory Advisor.
I seem to be having a problem exporting any reports to HTML. the exported HTML file is 0 k. I've tried exporting a few reports and they all export as 0 k.

Could anyone advise on how to rectify this please?

I have the advisor installed on a Windows 7 32bit machine.

Which reports exactly are you trying to export? Which version and build of Network Inventory Advisor are you using? I just tried a couple of exports, and they worked flawlessly.

Hi Jeff
I have tried all different types of reports and all are 0K, as you know it produces a HTML file and a folder, the file is 0k and the folder is empty.

version is 3.9 (build 3.9.1554)
