Of course, yes, I would be interested to have this functionality. Without this kind of folders structure, your application is simply too complex to use.

Much more better, did you think about a credential store, where all logins, passwords, community strings, will be saved in a safety, encrypted place.

I have a very complex network, managed by not more than 15 IT people and I would like to inventory all devices, doesn't matter if they are Windows, Linux, Apple, Cisco and/or if they belongs to an AD domain, a workgroup, or if they can be reachable only through SSH (Apple) or SNMP (Cisco), with more than 10 differents crendentials. For this, a credential store will be very useful.
