can't edit scanned computer MAC adrress

    I scanned few Wyse ThinClient on our network. But NIA doesn't get MAC address, serial, and manufacturer. Tried to edit manually but there isn't an option to do it. Please advise.

    It is so populated in custom data field. I just want to enter manually in Computer field if it can't get after it scanned.

    Seems like it's not possible at this time. Did you scan these thin clients using agentless or agent-based scanning method?

    I have tried both. None of these methods work to get MAC address, Serial, and Manufacturer.
