Hi. Not sure if you are aware of this, its only a small issue and not actually causing a problem. wehn veiwing individual nodes and looking in the software tab we are presented with info about the system then MS Office the Internet Explorer. Under the system summary the serail number and product key are attached to the correct headings but under the IE description the serial number is attached next to the product key and the product key next to the serial number.
Thanks
Hello,
This issue has already been fixed in the latest released build of Network Inventory Advisor. Please download it here: http://www.clearapps.com/download.html
Hi Kim
A full rescan has been completed, we also renamed the information folder to leve a blank network and re-scanned the whole network by importing the AD structure cleanly. The error is still there, granted its not a major but would be ideal if it could be resolved. I'll r-install again and perform another clean scan from a new PC and report the findings back.
Thanks
@Jaren - I'm not sure why this comment is on this thread, if you read the thread and then your comment you wil see there is no relevance.
Aside from this I'd suggest you re-research your comments as they are in fact, incorrect. The Product key of all installed software (Winodws, Office etc.) can and is displayed within the Inventory Advisor
