ms office 2010 not being recognised

    hi
    i am on NIA 3.9.1554 and have scanned my network
    i am not picking up certain computers that have MS office 2010 on,(running x64 Windows 7 pro)
    they are being recognised as ms office professional plus 2007
    any ideas

    Can you, please, export the node you are getting this issue with into external NIA format, and send it to us (help@clearapps.com)? The export is simple: just select the node in the network tree and use the following option on the main ribbon: Export this now -> Export to internal format.

    Also, is it MS Office 2010 64-bit Edition?

    hi jeff
    my initial thought was that it was x64 version as well, but its actually simpler than that.
    The computers in question are in the USA, i am based in UK, so i was talking to one IT guy in USA who was telling me that they had 2010 loaded , whilst in reality the other IT guy there had loaded 2007 instead
