Hi Klaus, unfortunately statuses are not editable. As a temporary solution we can offer you to create a separate group for software titles that require more licenses. Alternatively you can add a comment about that or use delta by setting all license counters to 0 or -100, for instance. I know these are not perfect solutions, but they will work to a certain extent.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your reply. I'll try to use only the existing status information which are available in the filter options. Unfortunately the existing status must-have is not selectable in the filter option so I only can use prohibited and allowed for my needs.
