Since last week we are using M$ Office 2010 Pro. Today I wanted to rescan the machines to get the newest software informations. Scan runs perfect no errors but I get no Serial or Registration No. for Office 2010. The scan only reports that Office 2010 is installed.
What can I do?
OS=Win7 Pro 32-bit

We know about this issue already. Thank you for reporting it. We are fixing it now. Hopefully, the next update will be able to collect MS Office 2010 serials/product keys.

We are almost done. The upcoming upgrade to Network Inventory Advisor 3.9 will be able to collect these keys.

Version 3.9 is out. However the issue with Office 2010 is still being worked on. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix it by now. The serial key is already collected but it's not always accurate. We are doing our best to fix it asap.

This is excellent Jeff, I am now running W7 X64 Pro with office 2010 software, and before it didn't pull any product keys for my system. After the upgrade to 3.9 today it worked flawlessly. Now, if only those pesky acrobat keys could be included :) Just messing with you!

They will be there! We are working on Acrobat and other software titles to be audited now.
