Linux PC's
  • sgedzyksgedzyk August 2010

    Hello,
I'm a new customer and am having trouble scanning Linux and Mac boxes. I've managed to scan a few of each both most of them won't scan. However, even the Linux stations i have managed to scan, I cannot rescan unless I remove and add back, which is not very practical. I"ve installed the latest version but still get these errors:

Connection to SSH server failed with error: 81:997

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix? I get this for Macs and Linux. Are there any special settings that need to be made on the Linux machines?

    Thanks,

Am I right that you are using the beta version of Network Inventory Advisor 3.9? Please, report this to help@clearapps.com - it's a very specific issue, and we can't resolve it in forum.

Please, send all questions about beta versions to our support team. Since in most cases they require involvement of our second-row support. Thanks
