Opening Settings when ribbon is minimized

Hello all,
I'm sure it's simple, but I'm not seeing it. In Settings->General I chose, Show Minimized Ribbon. I need to get back into the Settings, but can't find the button. What am I missing?

Never mind. Switching from Reports to Inventory brought up the Ribbon again so I could go into Settings.

Or you can double-click the tab to expand/minimize the ribbon again.
