Please, be informed that current version of the product detects serial numbers of MS Office components and Windows OS only.

Network Inventory Advisor allows you to add and edit any custom data. Custom data fields can be assigned to any node now, and later included in the reports. To create custom fields, please go to Settings -> Custom fields tab -> press "Add New Field" button -> in the Field Name enter: "Expiration date"; Field Type - select "Date" and enter expiration date of the warranty. You can make this field mandatory for all nodes.

Please, note that you can add any software-related data to each of the listed software titles in your software audit report. To add a note, please build Network Summary, refer to All Software tab -> right-click application, select "Add note" option and enter expiration date of the warranty.

Thanks Kim - if I run a report to get the MS Office product key / serial number, it returns blank even though the report says that there is MS Office installed. How can I get it to retrieve the key for Office?

I kindly ask you to check in Software -> OS information -> "Microsoft Office..." section.

Please, make sure that "Software" category is added is "Settings" -> "Windows reports" tab. Let us know the exact versions and editions of your Microsoft Office products.
