Help file does not work

    I downloaded and unzipped the User Manual (pia_guide.chm)
    It opens, it shows the index on the left side, but it has no contents.

    It's saying "program cannot display this webpage"

    I thought this was an offline manual??

    Thanks, this was the first time I had run into this problem, so I was unaware that Microsoft had created it.
