iadvisoragnt.exe not putting the output into the Central Repository...

    Hello,

Having a lot of remote branches with not so good links, we are looking at the option of copying the iadvisoragnt.exe (& xml) to the workstations & then initiating the run locally on each machine via the login script.

Accordingly, we've configured a file share on our File server to be our central repository & the agents exported accordingly.

Issue that we are facing - the copy happens successfully (both exe & xml are copied into the same path) and the agent exe gets executed (used the "start /wait \iadvisoragnt.exe" command). However, there is no output data getting pushed into the Central repository.
If I do run the exe manually, the output data reaches the central repository.

    Any ideas?

Whould I be right assuming that the command is executed in the Logon Script?

Yes, the exe gets initiated from within the logon script itself.

Can you send the XML file to help@clearapps.com (if you can, please, mention this topic ID: 167)?

Also, as Logon Script is usually just a batch file, can you try launching it manually? Also, are there any errors in the agent's log? If you can't see its console log, can you re-export it with visible setting and check?
